Creepy Leaf-nosed Bat Found in Vietnam
A creepy looking new Bat species has now been discovered by a group of scientists in Vietnam, Bats are known as the Griffin’s leaf-nosed bat, probably named after the weird looking nose. They were first discovered from Chu Mom Ray National Park,Vietnam back in 2008.
According to the reports from National Geographic, this team has almost recognized these bats as a known species until they have expanded their research to find out that this is actually a new species that haven’t been found anywhere in earth before.
“While captured, some similar body-sized bats, i.e. [the] great leaf-nosed bat, reacts very angrily, But Griffin’s leaf-nosed bat seems quite gentle.” Researcher Vu Dinh said to National Geaographic
