Facebook Tells Never To Give Your Login Details To Employers
Facebook is the best place for all the hackers and spammers, we all know that, but sometimes we are willingly give away our private login details without even knowing the risk. Facebook’s chief privacy officer Erin Egan has stated this matter very clearly on a recent Facebook note. He says that recently some employers have been asking employees the password of their Facebook account, specially before hiring them to find out about their social and private life. Facebook takes this matter very seriously, and tells people not to give any login detail to any employer ever again.
You should always remember that giving away your password to someone else not only exposes your own privacy, it also violate the trust and privacy of all the friends in your account. So next time think twice before doing something like that because it could get you into a big trouble.
“In recent months, we’ve seen a distressing increase in reports of employers or others seeking to gain inappropriate access to people’s Facebook profiles or private information” Said, Erin Egan “ If you are a Facebook user, you should never have to share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might jeopardize the security of your account or violate the privacy of your friends. “
