Encyclopaedia-Britannica Converted Into iPhone, iPad App

After closing down the encyclopedia printing business to focus entirely into digital coverage, Britannica has now made their first step toward dominating the digital world by introducing the all new Encyclopaedia-Britannica app for iPhone and iPad.

This app has been designed to bring you all the information’s you need, to the tip of your fingers by simply just touching the screen of your Apple device.  Now you can get the Encyclopaedia-Britannica app for your iPhone or iPad from iTunes for £1.99 of monthly fee. App can be downloaded and used for free, but the articles and the availability of the coverage will be limited until you subscribe for the full service.

Android and Windows Phone users will soon receive the Encyclopaedia-Britannica app on their device.
