Robot Prostitutes Soon To Be Real?
Future predictions suggests that by the year 2050 robots would replace human prostitutes in brothels, in order to prevent the risk of contracting sexually transmitted infections.
“Robots, Men And Sex Tourism,” a paper published in the journal Futures points out that in future sexual tourists will pay about $9,500 to experience massages, lap dances or intercourse with these robot prostitutes. These robots would be made out of bacteria resistant fibre preventing any transaction of STIs between customers.
“In 2050, Amsterdam’s red light district will all be about android prostitutes who are clean of sexual transmitted infections,” the researchers wrote. “Clients feel guilt free as they actually haven’t had sex with a real person and therefore don’t have to lie to their partner”
Well, personally I’m not surprised, because these things are already happening around the world. Like those pole dancing robots that we saw earlier, which actually totally freaked me out. So I think these robot prostitutes could easily become real even before 2050. Although I think someone should invent a book on “how to get a real girl”, before inventing these robots, it would save a lot of problems in the future.
