Kindle Fire Takes Half Of The Android Tablet Market Share
Amazon’s Kindle Fire, the affordable Android tablet made huge sales ever since it was released to the market and now it appears to hold the record to the half of all the Android tablets sold over the past few months.
According to the reports from comScore, Amazon’s Kindle Fire managed to hold their place at the top of the market since last December through February 2012, growing market shares from 29.4% to 54.4%. Samsung’s Galaxy Tab takes the second place with a decreasing amount of shares from 23.8% to 15.4% though December to February.
The Amazons next Kindle Fire, which was reported to have a bigger screen is also rumored to be in the works.
