According to the latest reports from the mobile market research specialists, Research To Guidance, future is looking pretty good for the tablet market as they predicts that in the future tablet sales will increase enough to take a big part in the mobile app market.

The number of new tablet app consumers have increased by 58 million between 2010 and 2011, which makes all those tablet users responsible for 8.6% of the installed app consumer base.  Based on Q2 tablet shipments in 2012 reports, the installed base of tablet users is expected to increase more than 150% by the year 2013, which is more than enough to make a bigger impact in mobile app market, compared to smartphones.

These predictions are not entirely impossible to happen. Of course the reports are based on valid and powerful information. Considering the huge tablet sales that most companies are making, specially Apple with their new iPad, it’s possible for the tablets to take over the app market within months. But still with all the new smartphone’s entering to the market, like Samsung Galaxy S III and the Apple‘s next iPhone,  things could definitely change this year.
