Yahoo CEO, Scott Thompson has officially resigned from his position after the recent scandal over his resume. Couple of days ago few reports started to spread around the web over Thompson’s resume, accusing him of including a fake computer science degree. Over these reports he has decided to leave his job for good.

Now, Yahoo’s global media head Ross Levinsohn will be taking the lead as the new CEO. The guy who found Thompson’s mistake, Daniel Loeb, will also be getting a company director post too.
