Kid Goes To School As A Robot

Zachary Thomason, a 12-year old boy in Arkansas has been diagnosed with the rare X-linked myotubular myopathy disease, which has left him bed bound since his childhood. Zachary has been dreaming of going to school and talk with his friends everyday but he couldn’t do any of that because of his disease. Fortunately, thanks to the modern technology, now he attends to school everyday using the VGO robot to represent himself. Using this robot, Zachary is now learning with in the same classroom with his friends while he stays at home and control robot remotely.

VGO robot has helped a lot of disabled people, mostly kids to represent themselves and make their dreams come true. Just last year, Lyndon Baty, a 15-year-old boy from Texas also used this to go to school when he couldn’t go to school because of a rare disorder.
