Student Threatens To Kill Obama Through Facebook, Could Get 5 Years Of Jail Time

Joaquin Amador Serrapio Jr, a 20-year-old college student in Florida recently got arrested after making two Facebook posts, threatening to kill the US president, Barack Obama during the time when the president visited South Florida.

“Who wants to help me assassinate Obummer while hes at UM this week?”

“If anyones going to UM to see Obama today, get ur phones out and record. Cause at any moment im gonna put a bullet through his head and u don’t wanna miss that! Youtube!” His Facebook posts were clearly threats to the president.

Recently he pleaded guilty at the court of the accusations and admitted that he did posted the threats on Facebook. This could get him up to about five years in federal prison.

Everyone gets Facebook Cojones once in a while. Yeah, sometimes even women gets it too. It’s more like some bravery you get on the internet that you doesn’t have in real life. I had that in the early days when I first started using Facebook. Trust me guys, it’s only a matter of time before you screw up big time. Like that fake Batman guy who ended up in jail after a April fools joke. Just keep your cojones to yourself.
