2GB RAM-Packed Galaxy S III Heading Out To Canada
We heard the rumors about the new Samsung Galaxy S III getting upgraded with a 2GB RAM. Although it was rumored to be released only in Japan. But as it turns out those rumors are partly true because Samsung Canada has officially announced that the flagship smartphone will head out to Canada packing a whopping 2GB of RAM.
In addition to the awesome 2GB of RAM Galaxy S III will also include a Snapdragon S4 Dual Core 1.5 GHz processor, 4.8 HD Super AMOLED 1280×720 display, 8-megapixel camera, and the latest Android 4.0.4 ICS. Device is slated for a June 20th launch.
