Need for Speed: Most Wanted Is Back, Sequel Releasing On October 30th

It’s official, Need for Speed: Most Wanted is getting a sequel. EA has officially confirmed the news during the E3 press conference and as we predicted it would be featuring an open world full of urban areas to roam around and beat each other in races to climb back to the top of the list.

New announcement trailer shows some awesome cop chasing scenes and a new vehicle damage system, which we didn’t had to worry about in the previous game. New Most Wanted game will also feature a new scoring system called speed points, where gamers have to jump the furthest, have the most pursuits and complete races to score these points.

Only problem I can see so far, is that I didn’t see any plot lines for this game, and I definitely expected to see a great story-line like we experienced in the first  Most Wanted game back in 2005. Either way its only the reveal, so we will probably get to see more of this awesome game.

Criterion developed Need for Speed: Most Wanted will be releasing on October 30th. Check out the announcement trailer after the break.
