World’s Largest Cargo Transport Ship Carries 22 Ships On-board

Meet the mother of all the ships, Blue Marlin the largest cargo ship in the world. This giant ship is capable of carrying around 75,000 tonnes or even some other huge ships on-board.

Blue Marlin – transporting 22 ships (four pontoons and 18 hulls on board)

Blue Marlin scales into 712 ft long and 138ft deep. Basically the deck of this ship is the size of two football pitches. It gets powered by a 17,000 horse power diesel engines, controlled by a crew of 24. Despite the horsepower it can only go in a speed at 13 knots.

If you thought the Titanic was huge then you need to come up with a better word to describe this. I mean can you imagine a ship carrying an oil rig or giant submarines? Well, no need to imagine they are pictured below. Check it out.
