Latest research data now shows that a huge collision of galaxies is about to happen in the future, between the Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy. Well, don’t worry this is not something that we are going to see in near future because it will take about 3.75 billion years for this happen.
According to the analysis data from NASA’s Hubble Space telescope, shows that it would take about 4 billion years for the collision to happen and it is said to take take another two billion years for them merge together and reshape into a single elliptical galaxy after the impact. This sure sounds like something very interesting but sadly we wont be alive to see this happen.
