Google has rolled out a new feature for Gmail, which allows its’ users to spice up the interface by customizing with their own image. Previously we could only customize Gmail with a theme, but now we can add our own image and give it a more personalized look.

Google will roll out the new custom themes section with two options, Light and Dark in the next couple of days. All you have to do is  pick a theme and mix it up with an image. You can either upload an image directly from your computer or from a URL or even from your Google+ photo library.
