Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Banned In The US
The evil commander of the technology world, Apple has finally got back at their rival company, Samsung after winning the lawsuit in banning the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 tablet sales in the US.
After consideration, US District Judge Lucy Koh has issued an order to stop all sales of the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 in the US. Apple will have to post a $2.6m bond to confirm the injunction just in case the ban was later found as unnecessary.
Samsung has already made plans to appeal and win their rights back to continue sales in the US. Although since the order has already been issued, they will have to fight much harder to make that happen.
Orders will be put in to actions as soon as Apple responds to the bond.
