Apple Wins: Samsung Galaxy Nexus No Longer Available In The US

Within just few days after banning the Samsung Galaxy tab 2 sales in the US, Apple was again granted a injunction by a US court to ban the sales of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus in the US.

Judge Lucy Koh has recently made the decision to give orders to stop Galaxy Nexus sales in the US, after considering the patent case lawsuit that Apple has filed a while ago accusing Samsung of violation in four of Apple patents.

As soon as Apple post a bond of $96 million, this ban will go into effect and all sales of Samsung Galaxy Nexus will be stopped inside the US.

Things are starting to get rough for Samsung in the US. Apple must have had planned hard to get back at Samsung in their homeland, specially after losing battles outside the US. Since Samsung hasn’t been able to provide any evidence in its’ defense yet, the sales ban is most likely to continue as it is.
