Samsung Galaxy Nexus Sales Ban Temporarily Lifted By Court

Apple’s continuous attacks made a pretty big damage for Samsung after they’ve managed to ban the sales of the Samsung Galaxy tab 2 and the Galaxy Nexus smartphone in the US. As soon as the court orders were issued, Samsung also made appeals to get those devices back on sale in the US. Sadly they’ve failed to win the Galaxy Tab 2 appeal but the US court has decided to go soft on the Galaxy Nexus lawsuit and lift the sales ban temporarily.

Samsung will now bring the Galaxy Nexus back on sale but under temporary basis and the patent lawsuit battle will still continue even with or without the sales ban of the device. Samsung and Apple will face the next trial on 30th of July to decide the true fate of the device.

In the mean time, Google is already working to bring the new Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update to the device, and they have also promised to place the device back on sale after these modification, which of course depends on the next court order.
