The Republic of Molossia: The Country With Only Four People
I still remember that hilarious episode of Family Guy where Peter turns his house into a country called Petoria. Well, you should know that there are some crazy people out there who had already done that in real life. Back in 1999, a man named Kevin Baugh purchased a 1.3-acre land near Dayton, Nevada, built a tiny house and turned it into his own country, becoming the dictator of the The Republic of Molossia.
Current population of the Molossia is only four people. Including the president, first lady and their children. They have their own type of Molossian money, called Valora, an army (Baugh’s son), rail road system and many more. Best part is, that this country is already fully equipped. They also has a space program that runs many interesting research projects using a store-bought telescope and some camera-attached toy rockets.
From time to time they do many warfare training activities to prepare and defend their country against silly attacks from their neighbors and also has many fun looking monuments and places around the 1.3-acre land.
