Apple To Destroy Samsung With $1 Billion Fine Over Patent Infringement
Apple has been battling with Samsung for over an year, claiming that they’ve stole Apple’s ideas when making few Samsung devices. Both these companies were battling hard in many countries around the world and now Apple has finally claimed their victory over Samsung by winning a lawsuit after the jury has asked Samsung to pay $1bn US dollars in damages for copying Apple tablet and smartphone design.
The biggest Android smartphone maker in the world, Samsung has just faced the largest defeat in the Apple vs Samsung war after getting all their claims rejected by the jury. But they are not ready to give up just yet. Samsung said they will appeal to high court if things don’t go smoothly. Although this makes a good example for other companies not to mess with Apple ever again.
