Sleep is one of the best productivity hacks there is. Scientists and researchers have already backed it up with plenty of studies that shows how we can improve our health by simply getting enough sleep.
Even though, most people still haven’t realized the importance of sleep.
“Sleep is increasingly recognized as important to public health, with sleep insufficiency linked to motor vehicle crashes, industrial disasters, and medical and other occupational errors,” according to CDC.
So do yourself and the world a favor, get a few hours of sleep.
