According to a survey of over 440,000 US citizens, 65% of Americans get a solid sleep of 7 hours a night and 35% get less than 7 hours of sleep.
In South Dakota, 72% of adults get 7 hours of sleep. Highest amount in the US. Yet only 56% of people get a healthy 7 hour sleep in Hawaii.
