Even when I didn’t had a chance to be there at the Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona, I still managed to keep you guys updated about the best devices unveiled during the event (thanks to all the other blogs and Press releases). It was so great reporting all the great devices through those couple of days. So now I have decided to take a look back at all those great devices and cut them down to a Top 5 list to give you a hint about the best I’ve found at the MWC 2012.
There is only a brief explanation about the devices in this post, click on the title’s to find more information about each and every device, and be sure to share your thoughts in the comments.
Samsung Galaxy Beam
Samsung Galaxy Beam definitely deserves to be on the top because it had the best innovative concept ever. I expected to see smartphone’s with quad-core processors and huge displays and camera’s but no one was really prepared to see a smartphone with a Pico projector. Despite all the other features in this phone, I think it’s the most innovative smartphone of this year.
Huawei Ascend D qad
At the very first day at the MWC 2012, Huawei came up to the stage to take over the title of “world’s fastest quad-core smartphone” by introducing their latest Huawei Ascend D quad smartphone. It came with a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU which featured their own K3V2 technology.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1
Samsung managed to keep the 10.1-inch version of Galaxy Note as a secret until it was revealed at the MWC 2012. Most people were so excited to see a bigger version of Galaxy Note, specially to take advantage of the latest S pen technology. It had some innovative technologies including some unique capabilities.
Nokia 808 Pureview
The smartphone with the biggest camera, Nokia unveiled their latest Nokia 808 Pureview smartphone with a huge 41 megapixel camera. Considering the camera and all the other features in this smartphone, it took a fairly good attention at the MWC 2012. Most of all no one really expected to see Nokia coming up with such an amazing device.
HTC One series
Instead of announcing one device, HTC brought a new line of products to the MWC 2012. The HTC One series included the One S, One V and One X. All of these devices had fair and square specs and features and they were all very attractive. The HTC One X was the best among the One series, it had a 1.5GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor with the 4-PLUS-1 technology and a huge 4.7-inch display along with a lot more other features.
